Our Commitment to You
• You will be treated with courtesy, kindness and without discrimination.
• Clinicians will provide evidence-based treatment and explain your options clearly.
• Your health information will be kept secure and shared only when necessary.
• We aim to provide timely appointments through face-to-face, telephone and online access.
• Online consultations are available from 8 am to 6.30 pm every day except weekends and bank holidays
for non-urgent appointment requests, medication queries and admin requests. Any urgent requests are
prioritised and responded to on the same day.
• You will be involved in decisions about your treatment and follow-up care.
• We will communicate clearly about tests, results, prescriptions and referrals.
• Feedback and complaints are welcomed and handled through our practice process.
Your Responsibilities as a Patient
• Treat staff and other patients with courtesy. Abuse or aggression will not be tolerated.
• Arrive on time or cancel appointments you no longer need.
• Provide accurate information about your health and any changes.
• Use urgent and emergency services only when necessary.
• Keep your contact details up to date.
• Follow agreed treatment plans and attend follow-up appointments where advised.
