Collecting scripts from the surgery is being suspended

If you do not already have a nominated pharmacy to collect your prescriptions from, please see Dr Deshmukh's letter and complete an EPS nomination form as soon as possible. If you do not have a nominated pharmacy you risk being left without medication, if the practice is required to be temporarily closed.

Repeat prescriptions

Patients on regular medication may have their treatment authorised for repeat issue. For medication not on repeat issue you will have to contact your nominated pharmacy to put in a request for you. If your request is rejected, we will contact you to arrange a medication review.

Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your prescription to be processed.

  • If you have more than one repeat prescription please try to order all your items together.
  • Please do not ring the surgery for your prescription requests, as it blocks up the switchboard.
  • Please do not add unauthorised prescriptions to your repeat slip.
