Bexley are hosting a free event for young people aged 16 to 25 who have a learning disability, complex physical or health needs including Autism and their families. The event will showcase the range of support and services available from Adult Social Care, to prepare for the transition to adulthood.
There will be over 35 providers available to talk to residents about services and support available in Bexley. Attendees will be able to chat with a team of professionals who will be on hand to discuss the best options available and help in planning our young people’s future.
Parking is available in the adjacent college and Sports centre. |
